If you are currently a Uber or a Lyft driver and have been arrested or charged with a DUI, you likely will be able to keep driving for the companies unless your license has bee suspended or if your convicted. You should fight the charges ASAP. You need to find a DUI attorney. You should also understand what a DUI attorney does. If this is your first DUI you also should understand the process. Uber: If you have a DUI in the past 10 years you can not drive for Uber. In some states this is reduced to 7 years.
Lyft: Same rules as Uber.
