There are no special admission rules for Montana house counsel, or to be admitted as a Montana house counsel. Montana house counsel are still to be held to the same standard as barred Montana attorneys and must pay all dues, respect the ethical code and abide by all laws and regulations. Montana does have certain guidelines related to reciprocity and to Montana pro hac vice admission.
