Nevada bar reciprocity does not exist. That is right, at this time bar reciprocity is just dream because Nevada does not offer reciprocal admission, like many other states. Rather the Nevada Multi-jurisdictional Commission has indicated year after year that it would continue to adhere to the Nevada Supreme Court Rule 42(15) which prohibits and eliminates the ability for an out-of-state attorney to gain admission based on motion or reciprocity.
