Hawaii's great beauty does not stop at its scenery. There is also no special admission rules for Hawaii house counsel, or to be admitted as a Hawaii house counsel. Hawaii house counsel are still to be held to the same standard as barred Hawaii attorneys and must pay all dues, respect the ethical code and abide by all laws and regulations.
Hawaii also does not offer Admission on Motion. Hawaii does have guidelines for pro hac vice admission however.
