The state of Minnesota does not administer or control the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (Minnesota MPRE). Rather this ethics exam is conducted by the National Conference of Bar Examiners. The MPRE is tested 3 times a year, in March, August as well as in November.

The state of Wisconsin uses a 3 day exam format that consists of the Multistate Performance Test (“MPT”), Multistate Essay Exam (“MEE”), and the Multistate Bar Exam (“MBE”). State law is tested. A minimum score of 258/400 is needed to pass.
